Electrical inspection
An EICR assesses the condition of the fixed electrical installation. It goes beyond the visual services inspection in a home survey.
Gas safety inspection
A separately scoped check of gas appliances and installation. Tell us whether you are buying, living in or letting the property.
Fire alarm testing
Discuss the alarm system, property use and the testing you need. Fire alarm testing is separate from a fire risk assessment.
If you only need a safety inspection, choose that service on the quote form. A home survey will not be added automatically.
